This genuine Tripp Lite 10 Gbps SFP+ Direct Attach Copper cable is the ideal solution for 10 Gbps and fiber channel networks in need of fast, clear signal transmission up to the latest in industry standards. Tripp Lite SFP+ cables were developed as cost effective, low power alternatives to fiber optic cables, in high speed interconnect applications such as network storage and enterprise networking. The N280-03M-BK conforms to SFF-8431 standards, and such can be used with the following manufacturer’s equipment that are open to 3rd party cables: Qlogic, Emulex, Juniper, Arista, IBM, Dell, Extreme, EMC, Broadcom, Finisar, Voltaire and Cisco. The N280-03M-BK’s die-cast metal shell connectors feature pull-to-release latching for ease of installation and connection in all applications. Additionally, the small form factor 20PIN footprint is hot-pluggable for quick connection changes without disrupting the network. The N280-03M-BK exceeds the specs on most OEM cables with transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps and support for 1x, 2x, 4x and 8x fiber channel data rates, at a fraction of the cost. Cables are available at various lengths and in black or green to meet application requirements and ease installation.

Its RJ45 (male) connectors are gold-plated for accurate signal transfer, and its molded integral strain-reliefs provide a secure connection. The N002-010-BK meets the most current industry standards, including IEEE 802.3ab, IEEE 802.5, ANSI/EIA/TIA 568, ISO/IEC 11801 and ETL (category 5e draft 11).
