Secure Equipment and Vented for Optimum Airflow
The front door features a shatter-resistant clear acrylic window that lets you monitor equipment readouts without unlocking the enclosure. Not only does the window help prevent equipment tampering and reduce acoustic noise, but it also adds visual flair to your IT installation.
The SRW9U supports a maximum load capacity of 200 pounds. The reversible front door locks with the included keys to prevent unauthorized access to equipment. The ventilated side panels lock from the inside and can also be removed to make it easy for IT personnel to perform inspections and maintain and replace equipment. Convenient top and bottom ports allow easy cable routing through the enclosure.
The removable side panels are ventilated, which allows air to flow freely through the cabinet to keep equipment cool. Vented top and bottom panels help remove warm air from the enclosure and draw in cool air by convection. They also support the installation of optional cooling fans, such as Tripp Lite’s SRFANWM fans (sold separately).
Easy Enclosure and Equipment Installation and 5-Year Warranty
Constructed from heavy-duty steel with a durable black powder-coat finish, the SRW9U comes fully assembled and ready to mount. The front door can open left or right by rotating the enclosure 180° before mounting. Installing equipment within the enclosure is easy with its square and threaded mounting holes and numbered rack spaces. The front vertical mounting rails adjust in 7/8-inch increments to accommodate equipment from 3 to 16.5 inches deep.
The SRW9U comes with a 5-year product warranty. It’s manufactured in compliance with strict RoHS specifications, reflecting Tripp Lite’s commitment to environmental responsibility. The SRW9U provides physical equipment and media security required for PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliance.
