Tripp Lite’s TLP310DMUSB Protect It! ® Surge Protector with USB Charging is designed for installation in your desktop’s 2.5 in. (63.5 mm) grommet hole. If your desk has no pre-cut hole, you can drill one yourself. When not in use, this innovative space-saver can be straightened to a vertical position and pushed flush against your desktop’s surface. Included mounting clips let you permanently attach it to protect against theft. When you need to connect equipment, simply pull it out of the hole and lay it flat on your desktop. The TLP310DMUSB is perfect for any home or office workstation but especially those with limited desk space. It’s manufactured in compliance with UL 1449 and 962A standards so you can rest assured of its quality.

The UL-listed TLP310DMUSB includes both full normal mode (H-N) and common mode (N-G/H-G) line surge suppression. It features three NEMA 5-15R outlets that accept most computers and peripherals, plus one RJ45 jack that protects a 10/100 Ethernet data connection. A 15-amp circuit breaker prevents dangerous circuit overloads by immediately shutting off AC input if the TLP310DMUSB detects that the equipment load is drawing too much power.
