Il bypass di manutenzione Liebert MicroPOD e lo switch di distribuzione dell'alimentazione consentono di trasferire manualmente l'attrezzatura collegata all'alimentazione di rete tramite uno switch di bypass di manutenzione, consentendo la manutenzione programmata o la sostituzione dell'UPS senza interrompere l'alimentazione al carico critico. Il ritorno all'alimentazione UPS è altrettanto semplice, basta girare lo switch nella posizione indicata e il carico è protetto dall'UPS.
