The Vertiv Avocent HMX 6150T High Performance KVM System transmitter is a high performance KVM extender that provides access to system computers, allowing users the ability to access and share computing resources. It is a small form factor transmitter that takes up zero-U of rack space and is backward compatible with the current advanced HMX platform. It extends the current HMX offering through the increased video support from HD to 2K and adding USB 2.0 high speed with True Emulation support.

The Vertiv Avocent HMX 6150T provides improved access to both physical and virtual platforms, giving the customer one seamless interface. Offering DisplayPort (DP) video and HDMI support gives Vertiv greater flexibility in physical and virtual availability.

These KVM systems facilitate the creating and editing high-quality broadcast and professional video productions by providing uncompromised video quality or control. The Vertiv Avocent HMX High Performance KVMs offer one or two DVI video connections in resolutions of 1920x2000 or 2560x1600. They can support a variety of single-link and dual-link video resolutions, convert video to analog and scale in single port increments by simply adding a transmitter or receiver.
