No Tools Required for Installation & Designed for Repeated Use
The only tool you’ll need to install the HGOUTLETCVR outlet covers is your finger. The covers use an easy 'push-in' installation that self-locks the cover into the receptacle. Simply insert the cover into the outlet you wish to block and push the nylon screw into the hole in the ground opening with your finger to lock the cover into place. For optimum security, a Philips screwdriver is needed for removal.
