Using a single Cat5e/6/6a cable, the BHDBT-R-SI-LR can extend a 1920 x 1080(1080p) signal at 60 Hz or an Ultra High Definition(UHD) 3840 x 2160(4K x 2K) video signal up to 328 feet(100 m). To further extend and expand your installation, you can insert up to five BHDBT-TR-SI-LR Extender Transceivers between the receiver and transmitter for a total range up to 2,000 feet(610 m) with a monitor connected to each transceiver.
You can control RS-232 serial devices, such as touchscreen displays or scanners, at baud rates up to 115 Kbps. The 2-way IR Remote Control feature(@ 39 KHz) lets you also control your Blu-ray player using its remote when at the remote monitor and vice versa. The monitor connects to the rear locking HDMI port(ideal for use with Tripp Lite's P569-006-LOCK High-Speed HDMI cables with locking connectors) that prevents the cable from coming loose or undone, ensuring an intact signal.
The BHDBT-R-SI-LR supports 7.1-channel surround sound, DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD audio, as well as 3D video, EDID and HDCP. Included mounting hardware lets you attach the receiver to a wall, rack or pole. Sets up quickly with no software to download or install.
Greater Distance, Receives Serial Signals, Supports IR Control and Compatibility
When used with a Tripp Lite BHDBT-T-SI-4X2 or BHDBT-T-SI-4X4 matrix transmitter, the BHDBT-R-SI-LR receiver extends a 1920 x 1080 (1080p) HDMI signal @ 60 Hz up to 328 ft. or a UHD 4K 3840 x 2160 signal up to 328 ft. (use Cat6a cable to achieve maximum distances). With the BHDBT-R-SI-LR, you have the flexibility to house source devices in a secure, remote location while still delivering the signals to monitors, televisions or projectors in another area.
In addition to HDMI video, serial signals and IR control signals travel from a BHDBT-series matrix transmitter to this receiver over a single Cat5e/6/6a cable. This eliminates cable clutter and reduces installation costs. The BHDBT-R-SI-LR supports 115 Kbps full-duplex baud rates for scanners and touchscreen monitors. Two-way 39 KHz IR remote control functionality allows use of an HDMI source’s remote control in the same location as a monitor connected to the receiver. This gives you the ability to control your Blu-ray player with its remote while standing at the remote monitor (and vice versa).
Designed to deliver high-quality results, the BHDBT-R-SI-LR supports 7.1-channel surround sound, DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD audio. It also supports 36-bit Deep Color (12 bits per channel) and CEC pass-through. This receiver is compatible with 3D video, EDID and HDCP 2.0.

To expand your installation and extend its reach, add up to five Tripp Lite BHDBT-TR-SI-LR transceivers between a BHDBT-series matrix transmitter and the BHDBT-R-SI-LR receiver. With five transceivers, you can transmit signals up to 2,000 ft. Each transceiver supports connection of an HDMI display.
The BHDBT-R-SI-LR does not require software or drivers, making setup simple. It includes mounting hardware for wall, rack and pole installations. A locking HDMI port on the receiver prevents disconnection when used with HDMI cables with locking connectors, such as Tripp Lite’s P569-006-LOCK HDMI cables. Power and activity LEDs indicate status at a glance.
