This coupler features straight-through wiring and 50-µinch gold-plated contacts designed to resist corrosion. The N235-001-SH-D is UL-listed and meets all requirements for EIA/TIA Category 6 compliance. It's also backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 LANs.
Snaps Into Keystone Wall Plates, Eases Installation with 90 Degree RJ45 Port
The N235-001-SH-D is designed to snap into keystone wall plates, including Tripp Lite’s N042-series. It makes feed-through patching convenient in installations that require connections through walls.
One RJ45 port is angled down at a 90-degree angle to reduce the clearance necessary to connect a cable. This is especially useful in tight spaces or hard-to-reach areas. The angled port can also reduce strain on the cable and allow devices connected to the cable to be placed close to walls.
