Introducing the Secure NMC System
Our new Secure NMC System (SNS) protects your business by ensuring your connected devices are secure from unknown threats (IEC 62443-4-2), compliant with changing regulations and resilient for the entirety of your hardware’s life.
A Secure NMC subscription is required to upgrade to NMC3 firmware version 3.x (IEC-certified). The subscription is activated via the Secure NMC System (SNS) Tool.

For sophisticated multi-device monitoring and management options which include the Secure NMC System capabilities, upgrade to EcoStruxure™ IT Expert or Data Center Expert.
1-Year Secure NMC System subscription included
To ensure your Network Management Card has the latest firmware which is independently certified to the IEC 62443-4-2 standard, your NMC includes a 1-year Secure NMC subscription.
A 1-year Secure NMC subscription is included with all NMC3 for 1-Phase UPS products.
To activate your included subscription, you need to download the SNS Tool, which you can find on apc.com/secure-nmc
