Eight-outlet power strip provides horizontal or vertical power distribution for rackmount, raceway and workbench applications. The 24" housing spaces the outlets 2-1/2" apart from center to center to accommodate most AC adapters and transformers. 15' power cord allows you to install it far from a power source to easily distribute power where it's needed most. Lighted switch features a translucent cover to eliminate accidental shutoffs while still allowing you to see whether it's operational with a glance. A built-in, 15-amp circuit breaker prevents dangerous circuit overloads that could damage equipment. Breaker immediately shuts off AC input when it detects that the equipment load is drawing too much power. Included mounting hardware allows it to be installed wherever reliable, multi-outlet power distribution is required. All-metal housing is durably constructed, making it a great solution for industrial, retail display and workbench applications.
24-Inch Power Strip with 8 Outlets
Compatible with all standard electrical equipment, Tripp Lite’s PS2408 power strip features eight NEMA 5-15R outlets in a rugged, all-metal 24-inch housing. The outlets are spaced 2.48-inch apart from center to center, allowing plenty of room for bulky transformers and AC adapters without blocking adjacent outlets.
The heavy-duty PS2408 can power up to 8 devices at the same time. Its all-metal housing makes the power strip perfect for use anywhere multi-outlet power distribution is required, including home offices, point-of-sale applications, retail displays and rack enclosures. Included mounting hardware supports horizontal installation or vertical 0U mounting in a rack. It plugs into any NEMA 5-15R outlet.
The 15-feet power cord gives you flexibility on where to install the PS2408. You can mount it across the room from its AC power source to deliver reliable, consistent power for multiple devices in your home, office, workbench, or rack enclosure.
Premium Safety Features and Lifetime Product Backup
The lighted on/off switch features a transparent cover that eliminates accidental shut-offs, while still allowing you to see with a glance whether the PS240810 is turned on. A built-in 15-amp circuit breaker prevents dangerous circuit overloads that could damage equipment. The breaker immediately shuts off AC input to the PS2408 when it detects that the equipment load is drawing too much power.
