Tripp Lite PDU3EVSR1L1530: Advanced 3-Phase 36-Outlet Managed PDU with Switched Control for Enterprise Data Centers
The Tripp Lite PDU3EVSR1L1530 is a high-performance 8600W three-phase PDU featuring 36 individually controllable outlets, advanced network management capabilities, and innovative IsoBreaker™ technology. This 0U vertical rack-mounted power distribution unit combines sophisticated power monitoring, including THDv waveform capture, with remote outlet control through its built-in Gigabit Ethernet interface, making it ideal for modern data centers and enterprise environments.
Advanced Power Distribution and Management Features
This managed PDU delivers reliable power through 30 C13 and 6 C19 outlets, operating at 200-240V AC. Each outlet features LED indicators for status monitoring and can be individually controlled for remote power cycling. The unit's sophisticated PADM20 firmware enables comprehensive remote management, including customizable dashboard monitoring and automated device reboot capabilities through the Auto Probe feature.
IsoBreaker™ Technology for Enhanced Reliability
The PDU incorporates innovative IsoBreaker™ technology that maintains critical system uptime by isolating power surges to individual outlets rather than entire banks. This selective tripping mechanism ensures that unaffected equipment remains operational during overload conditions, significantly reducing the risk of widespread system downtime.
Key Feature: THDv waveform capture functionality provides precise 200ms snapshots of power quality, essential for critical installations in data centers, hospitals, and airports.
Network Management and Monitoring Capabilities
The integrated network management card supports GbE connectivity and features the latest PowerAlert® Device Manager (PADM20) firmware. Combined with PowerAlert Element Manager (PAEM) software, it provides comprehensive remote monitoring, configuration backup, and firmware management capabilities. The multi-color LCD touchscreen offers instant access to critical PDU data, including phase-specific metrics and QR code generation for mobile device access.
Technical Specifications and Installation
With a robust 8600W power rating and 24A input current capacity, this PDU is equipped with a NEMA L15-30P plug for reliable three-phase power connection. The 0U vertical form factor (70" x 2.2" x 3.1") optimizes rack space utilization, while the included mounting hardware ensures secure installation.

Features | 3-Phase Switched PDU Distributes, Monitors and Manages Network-Grade Power
Recommended for data centers, network service providers and large enterprises, this managed PDU with built-in network interface provides advanced network control and remote power monitoring with the ability to turn on, turn off, reboot or lock out power to each outlet. You can more efficiently manage network power consumption, maintain proper load balance and remotely reboot locked network items without having to visit the site. Reducing the number of on-site visits can help lower the cost of data center maintenance, thus lowering the 0U PDU's total cost of ownership.
36 Outlets Dispense AC Power to Connected Equipment
During normal operation, 36 individually controllable outlets-30 C13 and six C19-in three load banks distribute AC power to rack equipment. Each 200-240V outlet is accompanied by an LED that illuminates when the outlet is ramped up and ready to be used. The outlets and banks can be individually monitored to ensure proper load levels and load balancing.
IsoBreaker™ Technology Helps Maintain Critical Uptime During Overloads
Innovative IsoBreaker technology prevents the need to power down multiple devices when surges occur. In the event of a power surge due to an overload at an individual outlet, the load bank's circuit breaker trips only that outlet instead of the entire bank. This helps maintain uptime of servers and other critical equipment that are able to remain online, avoiding a costly work stoppage.
Sophisticated Power Monitoring Includes THDv Waveform Capture
For installations in which highly specific input voltage distortion measurements are critical, such as data centers, hospitals and airports, the THDv waveform capture feature identifies and captures the PDU input voltage quality by taking a 200ms waveform snapshot that triggers based on a THDv criteria. The THDv waveform capture trigger will capture 100ms before and 100ms after the trigger criteria. This helps provide precise input readings and accurately report line noise to help you diagnose power problems and avoid future downtime.
Built-In GbE-Capable Network Management Card Allows Remote Access 24/7
The built-in network interface with the latest version of PowerAlert® Device Manager firmware (PADM20) provides enhanced remote management capabilities, including customizable dashboard graphs to fit user preferences. The PADM20 upgrade and PowerAlert Element Manager (PAEM) software form a powerful tool for expanding maintenance functions in large installations, including firmware update checks and backup and restoration of device configurations. PADM20's Auto Probe feature allows a PDU with switched loads to automatically reboot devices if a network communication failure is detected. This preserves uptime and minimizes the time and expense associated with on-site support.
Color Touchscreen LCD Offers Important Data at a Glance
An easy-to-navigate color touchscreen LCD reports detailed analysis of PDU input/output data per phase, per bank and per outlet. It also provides information on energy consumption and peak power demand. It can generate a unique QR code to allow read-only access to the PDU via mobile device. If an EnviroSense2 module (sold separately) is connected to the PDU, the LCD also displays its status and environmental data, such as temperature and humidity.
