The SR48UBDPWD comes with mounting hardware including 50 M6 cage nuts, 50 M6 screws, and 50 M6 washers. It also includes a stabilizing bracket, 4 side panels with locks, 2 door and side panel keys, an Allen wrench, and owner's manual. The cabinet ships fully assembled with pre-installed casters and features toolless accessory mounting rails for PDUs and cable managers.
The front and rear sets of equipment mounting rails adjust in 1/4" increments, offering quick and convenient adjustment. The cabinet features an easy-view depth index for consistent rail placement without requiring time-consuming measurements. The maximum usable internal depth between front and rear rails is 42 inches/1050mm.
The SR48UBDPWD provides comprehensive cable management features including an open bottom for cable access and generous cable access holes in the removable top panel. The extra width allows for cable management and PDU mounting off to the sides of the rack. It includes toolless accessory mounting rails that can accommodate two vertical PDUs or cable managers side-by-side (up to four items per enclosure).
The cabinet comes with pre-installed casters for easy maneuvering into position, though these are intended for minor adjustments rather than long-distance transport. Once positioned, the cabinet can be stabilized using the pre-installed levelers, which can be adjusted to accommodate uneven floors. The levelers are removable, and the casters can also be removed if needed.
The SR48UBDPWD comes with a 5-year product warranty. It is certified to EIA-310-E standards and has UL60950 approval. The cabinet is also RoHS compliant and environmentally friendly.
