Extend an HDMI Signal to an HDMI Display Up to 125 feet
Tripp Lite’s B126-1A1-U HDMI over Cat5/Cat6 Active Extender Kit features a transmitter and a receiver that extend an HDMI audio/video signal from an HDMI source to an HDMI display up to 125 ft. away via Cat5e/Cat6 cable. Each unit is powered by an included USB Micro-B to USB-A cable. No other external power supply, software or drivers are needed. It’s recommended for digital signage applications that require long distance transmission and peak A/V performance.
Convenient Plug-and-Play Setup & Warranty
With no software or drivers to install, the B126-1A1-U’s plug-and-play setup gets your application up and running faster, no matter which major operating system you use. The transmitter’s built-in HDMI cable connects to the audio/video source, while the receiver’s built-in HDMI cable connects to the display. An inexpensive user-supplied Cat5e/6 cable (for best results, use a 24 AWG solid-wire cable, such as Tripp Lite’s N202-Series) connects the transmitter and the receiver. Each unit is powered by an included USB Micro-B to USB-A cable, which must be connected between the unit and a USB port on the connected device or a USB wall charger. LEDs indicate the units are receiving power and a signal from the source.
